Registry office

Notes

The "Citizens' Office" department also includes the registry office. However, even though the Citizens' Office and the Registry Office belong to the same department, very different matters are dealt with in each area. It is therefore essential to make an appointment for the correct area in addition to the different opening hours.

Due to the often complex issues at the registry office, appointments can only be made by telephone, in contrast to the citizens' office. It is not possible to book appointments via the online appointment booking portal (as with the Citizens' Registration Office).

You can find more information about the registry office and an overview of the tasks and responsibilities here.
