Notes
The citizens' office is the first port of call for many Kevelaer citizens. This is the right place to go for everything from A for ID to Z for certificate certification and, of course, the Citizens' Office also deals with many other matters in between. You will find the citizens' office on the first floor of the town hall (left entrance).
The staff at the Citizens' Office will also be happy to help you at the information desk in the town hall or direct your calls to the right contact person within the administration. You can also apply for registration certificates or certificates of good conduct at the town hall information desk.
The "Citizens' Office" department also includes the registry office. However, even though the Citizens' Office and the Registry Office belong to the same department, very different matters are dealt with in each area. It is therefore important to book an appointment for the right department in each case.
Further information about the registry office and an overview of the tasks, responsibilities and opening hours can be found here.
