Life certificate

  • Service description

    On request, the Citizens' Office will issue a life certificate to people who are registered in Kevelaer. You will usually need this certificate to present to the pension fund.

    The certificate contains the personal data stored in the register of residents, together with confirmation that you are alive at the time the certificate is issued. The certificate can be used for official and private purposes.

    The certificate is free of charge if it is required for submission to the German pension fund and the pension institutions of the member states of the European Union and Switzerland.
