A restricted no-stopping zone is now in effect on Marktstraße. The new regulation applies along Marktstraße up to St.-Klara-Platz, as well as the area behind City Hall up to the “traffic-calmed zone” sign at Roermonder Platz.
Key provisions:
- Parking in the designated zone is no longer permitted.
- Stopping is limited to a maximum of three minutes; brief stops are permitted only for the purpose of getting in or out of the vehicle, or for loading or unloading.
- The restricted no-stopping zone applies to all public roadways within the zone, unless otherwise specified by additional traffic signs or traffic control devices.
