In order to provide even better help to people in need of care and their relatives, the municipal care advice service in the district of Kleve offers on-site consultation hours as well as outreach care advice. The aim is to reach people where they are and offer them individual advice and direct support. The staff work together to clarify individual needs and provide information on various care services so that the care situation can be improved. On-site consultation hours in May
In May 2026, the district of Kleve offers the following consultation hours:
On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, the municipal care advice service of the Kleve district will be a guest in the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer. From 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, the team will be available to answer questions in the new town hall, Peter-Plümpe-Platz, 12.
On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, the advisory team will be available for discussions and information from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Bürgerhaus Rees, Markt 1.
The advisory service is also aimed at interested parties from the surrounding municipalities. Appointments for a personal consultation can be made immediately by calling the above telephone numbers. It is also possible to register by e-mail at pflegeberatung@kreis-kleve.de.

Upcoming consultation dates in the local municipalities are also listed there. The district of Kleve also offers a digital consultation via video call - this creates flexibility in terms of time and location for the consultation.
