Retail concept

A retail concept serves to control the city-wide development of retail locations under planning law and therefore includes, for example, the definition of central supply areas and a product range concept.

On behalf of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, GMA (Gesellschaft für Markt- und Absatzforschung mbH, Cologne office) updated the previous retail concept "Retail concept for the town of Kevelaer" (GMA, February 2008) in 2015. This update is now valid.
