- Processing of your request for access to the data stored about you in the registration records,
- Identity verification to ensure that the information is provided exclusively to the individual concerned,
- Internal documentation of the application process and the provision of information.

Your personal data is processed on the following legal basis:
- Section 10 of the Federal Registration Act (BMG) in conjunction with Article 15 of the GDPR (right of access of the data subject),
- Article 6(1)(c) and/or (e) of the GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest).
Recipients and categories of recipients of the data
Your data will be processed exclusively within the scope of data protection law in order to process your application.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries.
Duration of storage and retention periods
Your personal data collected as part of this process will be stored for as long as necessary to lawfully fulfill our obligations.
Rights of the data subject
Your rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transfer and objection regarding the personal data collected are expressly pointed out at this point. The legal basis for this is Articles 15 to 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Sections 49 and 50 of the NRW State Data Protection Act.
