The updated rent index for the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer has been available since October 1, 2025. The rent index was updated in cooperation with the expert committee for property values in the district of Kleve, Haus & Grund an der Niers e.V., Eck & Company Immobilien GmbH and Mieterschutzverein Kreis Kleve e.V..
The rent index serves both tenants and landlords as a guide for checking and determining rents for non-price-controlled housing.
The updated rent index is now available free of charge from the citizens' office of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer and can also be accessed online at www.kevelaer.de.
