During the events "Kevelaer im Licht" on March 21 and 22 and the "Brocante Markt" on April 6, 2025, there will be temporary road closures in and around Kevelaer's city center. In order to ensure the smooth running of the event and, in particular, the safety of visitors, some streets will be closed to traffic on the days of the event. These closures will block access to the city center and thus protect against potential dangers from vehicles entering the city. It will not be possible to drive through the city center during the respective period. Cyclists, pedestrians and emergency vehicles will still be able to pass through. The pilgrimage town of Kevelaer asks you to prepare for the road closures in good time and recommends using public transport or planning alternative routes into the city center.
