Building file information
Service description
We offer you the opportunity to view archived building files (if available) and monument files for your property.
The files can be inspected by prior appointment. Alternatively, the documents can also be made available in digital form.
The inspection of files or transmission in digital form is subject to a fee and must be requested.
Send your informal request for building file information in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to baulast@kevelaer.de.
As the construction files contain personal data, we only grant access to the files to persons with a legitimate interest in order to protect property (data protection, burglary protection, real estate speculation):
- Owners
- by owners in writing Authorized representative
An identity card is required for access to the files.
