Energy consulting
In cooperation with the NRW consumer advice center, the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer offers energy advice for private households. Once a month, energy consultant Mr. Bernhardi answers all questions relating to building renovation, renewable energies and individual energy consumption. The consultation is free of charge thanks to funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

The consumer advice center also offers outreach consultations, which take place in the home of those seeking advice. This lasts 90 minutes, includes a consultation report and costs 40 euros. Appointments can be made via the Energy Pilot hotline: 0211 33996 555 (Mon to Fri, 9:00-17:00)

The consumer advice center supports private households with all questions relating to energy saving and the energy efficiency of residential buildings and building services. The online seminars are free of charge and are sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
