I would like to switch to NiersEnergie GmbH. What do I have to do?
We will be happy to help you switch providers. Come to us at the water tower with your last annual bill. We will fill out the contract with you and take care of everything else. Or you can use our contract form, which you can find in the online form area. Fill it out and send it to us and we will take care of the rest for you. I would like advice. Do I need an appointment?
We are available for consultation during our office hours. You do not need an appointment.
When will I receive my annual invoice?
You will receive the annual invoice at around the end of January of the following year. By the way: Due to the preparation of the annual invoices, no advance payment is due in January.
How can I change my deductions?
Just give us a call or send us a short e-mail. We will then change the discounts to the amount you require. Please note: If the discounts are set too low, you may have to make an additional payment as part of the annual bill.
Can there be interruptions in the power supply on the day of the changeover to NiersStrom?
No, there will be no interruption to the power supply. You will not notice the change in your household.
