The starting signal for this year's CITY CYCLING in the Kleve district was given a good two weeks ago - and 436 enthusiastic cyclists are already taking part in Kevelaer. Despite the somewhat rainy weather at the moment, the participants are not discouraged, because every kilometer cycled counts for a healthy future and climate protection.
On Tuesday, June 4, our mayor Dominik Pichler set off together with mobility manager Heinz-Theo Angenvoort and made their way to Geldern as part of the CITY CYCLING relay ride. With this tour, they set a visible sign for more bicycle-friendliness and sustainability - even in drizzly weather!
