The pilgrimage town of Kevelaer is consistently expanding its digital service offering: Further online services are now available on the service portal - especially in the area of the public order office. Citizens can now deal with even more matters from the comfort of their own home - quickly, easily and around the clock.
New: These services are now available online
You can now also use the following services digitally:
- Apply for a resident parking permit online
- Report rat infestations conveniently online
- Register a large dog in accordance with the NRW State Dog Law
- Registration for swimming courses in the indoor pool
More convenience - less waiting time
"With the expansion of our service portal, we are taking another step towards a modern, citizen-friendly administration," explains Mayor Dr. Dominik Pichler. "Our aim is to make administrative services as accessible as possible - regardless of opening hours and waiting times."
Digital - even behind the scenes
It's not just easier for citizens: internal processes have also been digitized and optimized. Applications will be processed largely paperless in future. As a municipal administration, we are thus actively implementing the Online Access Act (OZG) and are constantly developing our digital offering.
Town hall of the future - online today
For years, we have been pursuing the goal of making administration modern, efficient and citizen-oriented. The service portal is visible proof of this: it brings administrative procedures online - where many citizens have long been. Less paperwork, fewer trips, more flexibility.
