Access is via the left-hand entrance of the town hall (formerly the Tourist Information entrance). There is also a waiting area for visitors here. The opening hours remain unchanged. With the exception of Friday, 7:30 am to 10:00 am, appointments must be made in advance. Please use the online appointment booking system on the municipal website www.kevelaer.de.
The reason for the move is a citizen-friendly and follow-up use of the premises previously used by the Tourist Information. The tourist information office moved to the information building at the St. Jakob brine garden at the beginning of April and now offers all services and information relating to tourist topics for guests and locals.
The labeling of the building entrances will be adapted shortly. Until then, we ask for your understanding in the event of any confusion regarding orientation.
Note: From May 1, 2025, only digital photographs may be used to apply for ID cards and passports. The pilgrimage town of Kevelaer is also expected to offer digital photo capture on two recording systems from May 1, 2025. Further information on this will follow shortly.
