The Citizens' Office has already taken various measures to deal with the numerous requests: Appointment intervals have been shortened and an additional workstation has been set up.
A morning check in the appointment booking system can help to get hold of an appointment that has become available at short notice. Particularly for exceptionally urgent matters, we will try to make appointments available as soon as possible. Please contact the staff at the Citizens' Office on 02832-122-0.
It is expected that the level of inquiries will normalize again in the next 2 to 3 weeks. If your request is less time-critical, we therefore recommend that you only book an appointment from the beginning of July.
