Registration certificate

  • Service description

    On request, the Citizens' Office will issue a simple or extended registration certificate to persons who are registered in Kevelaer.

    The simple registration certificate provides information on the current registration status of a person and contains the following information:

    • Family name
    • First names
    • Doctoral degrees
    • Current address

    An extended registration certificate with the following additional information can also be issued on request:

    • Legal representative, spouse, life partner and minor children, each with surname and first name, doctor's degree, date of birth, address
    • Current nationalities
    • Former addresses
    • Move-in date, move-out date and
    • Marital status

    The registration certificate must be applied for in person by the person concerned or by a person authorized in writing, presenting the identity card or passport (or a copy) of the person concerned.
