What is urban land use planning?
Urban land-use planning controls the urban development of a municipality.
It consists of two plan types:
Land use plan (FNP)
The land use plan shows how land in the entire municipal area is to be used in the future (e.g. residential, commercial, green spaces).Development plans (B plans)
Development plans regulate bindingly how properties may be built on (e.g. building height, construction method, use). The public is involved during the planning process. Comments can be submitted during this period.
Notes on participation
Comments can only be submitted within the participation period.
The comments received will be examined and weighed against each other in the further process.
