Duesseldorf and Cologne, metropolises upon the Rhine, are not far away from Kevelaer either.

Map of City Centre

You can download the Kevelaer City Centre-Map in PDF version via the according legend. Several points of interest will be described there.
In this collection of maps you will find so called POI’s. This means that places of special interest, for example administrations. Kindergartens, schools, accommodations and parking-grounds are shown.
The so called Geoportal Niederrhein shows further parking-grounds in the city. Here chargeable parking-grounds or those where parking-disc must be used are pointed out separately from free-of charge parking-grounds, as well as the amount of parking-positions are figured out. So you can decide in advance to park close to the city-centre, or free of charge going for a little walk through the city, spending the money you have saved for parking for a cup of coffee for example. Furthermore parking-grounds or parking-positions for caravans can be found in the service-area tourism and pilgrimage, Tourist-Information.
Of course you can also use other suppliers for example Google-Maps, where route-calculation is available, too.
